About the Role
The ERP Systems Analyst will be the primary point of contact for internal and external partners implementing IFS Cloud ERP in a manufacturing environment. This person will utilize their knowledge of IFS ERP modules to ensure a successful implementation and support and develop internal team members' IFS knowledge.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the IFS ERP lead and subject matter expert
Support and develop skills & abilities of all associates using IFS Cloud ERP
Work with IFS department champions to ensure processes are tested and documented within the objective of producing reliable and accurate outcomes
Perform implementation support and ongoing support for IFS Cloud ERP
Develop new customizations (fields, enumerations, menus) in IFS Application 10 and Cloud
Handle customization of Forms & Reports as per the End User’s requirement
Utilize business acumen to work with department leaders to understand requirements & needs for the ERP system
Create training content for the ERP system
Document & maintain standard operating procedures as the system is deployed
Travel will be required to the Grand Haven office as needed for meetings and occasional onsite work
Other duties may be assigned at any time
Requirements
3+ of experience with ERP systems, including implementations, customizations, and partnering with business stakeholders to ensure success
1+ years of hands-on experience with administering IFS ERP Finance, Sales, and IFS Manufacturing modules, including implementing and streamlining production planning, scheduling, and execution
Previous experience with IFS Configuration, self-service IFS Tooling – IFS Business Report writer, Lobbies, Query Designer, Report Builder, Events
Previous experience with programming concepts (e.g., data structures, flow control statements, etc.), and common integration paradigms such as REST API’s
Ability to communicate at multiple levels of the organization and understand business concepts from stakeholders
