About the Role

• Business systems specialists perform detailed system tests, produce reports, and develop new system architectures.
• This Role performs some or all the following duties:
o Confer with clients to identify and document requirements
o Analyze information systems processes, and propose customized solutions to improve performance and efficiency
o Design, develop, integrate, test, and implement information systems business solutions
o Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security, and service delivery
o Act as a liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams
o Conduct tests to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and functionality of system changes and enhancements
o Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
o Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
o Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
o Performing requirements analysis
o Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
o Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
o Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
o Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
o Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
o Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
o Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
o Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
o Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects



A bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or relevant industry-specific training or experience.
